SHUBER STUDIO / DESIGN RESEARCH

Connected to nature

Landscape, water, daylight, air, and seasonal change become active parts of the design.

We read the site as a living system. Natural flows, vegetation, topography, orientation, sun, wind, and water inform where a building sits and how spaces connect. The aim is not to decorate architecture with greenery, but to make architecture work with ecological processes.

Design outcome. The result is a stronger relationship between building and landscape — with better comfort, resilience, biodiversity, and a deeper sense of place.
